Cookies & Cream Cookies

I have to apologize in advance for not having any pictures of these.  I've lost my memory card.  But these turned out absolutely amazing, and I encourage you to make them!  They are very easy...and this was my first attempt at making cookies from scratch.  They turned out perfect.  Enjoy!

Ingredients
2 1/4 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 (4.2 oz) package Cookies 'n Creme pudding mix
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups white chocolate chips
15 Oreo cookies, very coarsely chopped

Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Cream butter and sugars.
3. Add pudding mix until well blended.
4. Stir in the eggs and vanilla.
5. In a seperate bowl, combine the flour and baking soda with a whisk or fork.
6. Add the flour mixture to the butter mixture and blend.
7. Stir in the chocolate chips.and chopped Oreos.
8. Drop cookies onto a greased cookies sheet.
9. Bake for 10 minutes in the preheated oven, until the tops of the cookies are barely brown.

Makes three (3) dozen cookies.
