Crockpot Meal:Pork Chops in Chicken Noodle Soup

I don't have a picture to share, sorry.

Last night for dinner, I made a crock pot meal.  I use a can of condensed low-fat cream of chicken soup.  Two "can-full's" of water.  I may have used three.  Who cares.  I threw in two boneless pork chops.  Then, I added some spaghetti noodles.  It cooked for about 8 hours.  I served it with baked beans.

It was pretty good...it NEEDED salt & pepper on top, so I added it and that helped.  All in all...this recipe was only okay.  Any suggestions as to what would make it better?  One thing that we KNOW would make it  better is TWO pork chops a piece.  Maybe they're just small chops, but neither of us were full.

Don't forget to check out my new post about our wedding!

Hmm if you like mushrooms maybe try cream of mushroom and throw in some cajun seasoning (or whatever seasoning you have on hand :))? And cheese always makes everything better! So sometimes I throw in some shredded cheddar either in the crock pot or on top before serving. Maybe you could also sprinkle with some breadcrumbs to add some crunch?
