If you know me at all, you know that I tend to give my opinion(s) whether it's solicited or not. Well, Erin from Love, Fun, & Football actually asked me to guest post for her while she's away on vacation and I'm so excited to be on her blog today with my expert vacation advice. I love reading Erin's blog, especially her wedding posts since we both used the color orange, plus she's super sweet. Hop on over and check out her blog...and some vacationing advice based on my traveling experiences. =) Click here!
If you're visiting from Erin's blog, I'm so happy you've stopped by! I hope you'll let me know you're here but if you prefer to browse secretly, start here to learn all about how we met, fell in love, got engaged, got hitched, honeymooned, and where we live. I also have tabs about everything else you'd probably be interested in..so, I hope you'll stay a while.

I don't have a picture to share, sorry.
Last night for dinner, I made a crock pot meal. I use a can of condensed low-fat cream of chicken soup. Two "can-full's" of water. I may have used three. Who cares. I threw in two boneless pork chops. Then, I added some spaghetti noodles. It cooked for about 8 hours. I served it with baked beans.
It was pretty good...it NEEDED salt & pepper on top, so I added it and that helped. All in all...this recipe was only okay. Any suggestions as to what would make it better? One thing that we KNOW would make it better is TWO pork chops a piece. Maybe they're just small chops, but neither of us were full.
Don't forget to check out my new post about our wedding!
