Hope you find your "magic number" and are feeling better soon! I was that person that thought taking medicine meant I was crazy but I learned that's not true at all! Do I want to be dependent on medication to keep me sane during the days? No. Do I need it right now until I can learn different ways to cope with my anxiety and fears? Yes. It's SUPER encouraging to hear of other women going through this. It makes me feel...less crazy. Hahah! so thanks for sharing!Stephaniehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15320220578023388544noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7830860333907880672.post-44380448977413328702012-06-20T18:59:18.868-03:002012-06-20T18:59:18.868-03:00Wishing you all the best! :)Wishing you all the best! :)Hollyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15397341574840047818noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7830860333907880672.post-67220607701272010912012-06-20T18:54:09.392-03:002012-06-20T18:54:09.392-03:00Thinking about and praying for you, girly!Thinking about and praying for you, girly!Ryanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15404284493136658634noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7830860333907880672.post-91731790998196873962012-06-20T18:41:05.532-03:002012-06-20T18:41:05.532-03:00I'm glad you went to the doctor about it. I tried Zoloft during my senior year of high school but didn't like the feeling of being medicated. If medication doesn't work for you (although I hope it does) there are other things that help like yoga, meditation, running, cutting out sugars and caffeine, therapy, etc. I'm always here if you want to talk.Melissahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10510792096900434130noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7830860333907880672.post-68685671955024112472012-06-20T18:25:50.900-03:002012-06-20T18:25:50.900-03:00Yay!
